As you watch this video, please reflect on the "Openness to Discovery Minus 3 Ways" handout below and identify all the ways that you, personally, drop out of presence and give your hero, villain, and victim personas a name. I give you examples of mine in the video just to get your creative juices going! Maybe use a highlighter to highlight all that are familiar to you.
Notice if your behaviors tend to cluster around any particular minus numbers across hero, villain or victim.
Be prepared to share with your team any personas that come to work with you & any insights that you've gleaned about yourself by doing this exercise.
